Join Vadim Zang for an intensive 5-hour workshop focused on classical painting techniques in the Alla Prima tradition, grounded in academic principles and master-level structure.

This advanced-level class is designed for artists with a strong foundation in drawing and head/figure construction. Each session explores the distinct visual language of one selected master painter—such as Rubens, Velázquez, Rembrandt, Bouguereau, Repin, or Sargent—with in-depth attention to color, composition, shapes, volumes, and likeness. Instruction includes step-by-step demonstrations and professional insights rooted in years of study and practice.

A five-hour, small-group workshop. Includes full demo, one-on-one critiques, and personal guidance throughout. Limited seating for focused instruction.

A five-hour live-streamed workshop. Includes a complete demonstration, in-depth explanation, and interactive Q&A.

In-person workshops are intentionally small to allow for individualized attention and feedback. Zoom workshops are capped to maintain an engaging, interactive experience.

Master classes are held twice a month:
• One Saturday & one Sunday — In Person

Each session runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Pacific Time).
